我有一个哥哥长的特别帅特别酷，他有一个大大的眼睛，有点小的嘴巴，耳多有点大，身体瘦瘦的。

I have a brother who is very handsome and cool. He has big eyes, small mouth, big ears and thin body.

我哥哥他读小学四年级，他的成绩很高，很好，如果他遇到什么困难，他就回永不放弃的努力，老师都表扬他。考试的时候他每次都拿到奖状和奖励。
