我养蚕的兴趣还得从去年说起，有一次上自然课，老师给我们讲了蚕的知识，并说蚕丝能织成丝绸，我产生了极大的好奇心。因为在学校门口我看见过有人卖蚕，那是在一个鞋盒里放着的几片小树叶上，上面爬满许多小虫子。听别人说那小虫子就是蚕，那树叶就是蚕的食物-桑树的叶子，小小的它怎能和丝绸有关呢？我百思不解。

The more they spit, the more they spit, the more they spit, the more they spit. They tightly wrap themselves inside, and slowly form an oval thick white cocoon in the middle of each fulcrum. Like a skillful weaver, silkworm girl weaves a beautiful wedding dress for herself.

通过养蚕，使我了解了蚕的一生是无私的。它从幼虫到结茧，由蚕变成飞蛾，从蚕茧中爬出产卵到死亡，一直是默默无闻地工作着。真是“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”啊！
