男子锯掉左脚逃避工作

见过逃避工作的各种“啃族”，但没见过逃得这么较真的……

An unemployed Austrian man has sawn off his left foot, apparently to avoid being found fit enough to go back to work, the Sky News reported.

据天空资讯报道，奥地利一名无业男子锯掉了自己的左脚，这明显是为了避免被认定身体健康适合工作。

Police said the 56-year-old man from Mitterlabill in southern Austria deliberately sliced the foot off above the ankle with a mechanical saw and threw it into an oven before he was due to have a health check with the labor department to see whether or not he was fit to work. He then hobbled into his garage and called an ambulance.

警方表示，这名来自奥地利南部米特莱比尔的56岁男子在去劳动部门检查身体看是否适合工作前，故意用电锯把脚从脚踝以上切掉，并将脚扔进烤炉。然后，他瘸着走到自家车库，叫了救护车。

A local police chief said emergency services were able to recover the foot from the oven, but found it too badly burned to be sown back on.

地方警察局局长说，急救队从烤炉里找到了脚，发现脚烧得太厉害，没办法缝合。

The man is now hospitalized and said to be in stable condition.

该男子现在正在住院，据说情况稳定。
