She’s actually quite disciplined.

For breakfast, she’ll have cereal, cornflakes or Special K, with dried or fresh fruit. She might also just have eggs, toast, and tea.

• Low carbohydrate. Rice, potatoes, and pasta are never served for dinner when the royal is dining on her own.
