Stupid o'clock

Stupid o'clock is the time of day, usually late at night or early in the morning, when people should be asleep. If they are awake at this hour, it is less likely for them to make good decisions or create logical thoughts.

“愚蠢时段”指一天当中的深夜时分或者凌晨很早的时间点，这个时间段一般人们都应该在睡觉。(口语中我们可以按照具体语境理解为“很晚”或者“很早”。)这个时候，如果人们还醒着的话，那么他们也不太可能会做出明智的决策或者提供合乎逻辑的想法。
