煎熬的“短信期待”

　　不知道你有没有过这种感觉：当给一个你很在意的人发完短信后，你会开始频繁地看手机，看是否收到了回复，随着回复的延迟，你也不由自主地越来越焦躁，这就是textpectation（短信期待）。

　　Textpectation refers to the anticipation one feels when waiting for a response to a text message.

　　“短信期待”指的是在等待短信回复时焦躁不安的过程。

　　Example:

　　I just texted her for a date – but now the textpectation is killing me.

　　我刚刚给她发短信邀她出来约会——但现在我的“短信期待”快把我折磨疯了。
