军警女性面对的brass ceiling

　　说起阻止女性在职场升迁的玻璃天花板（glass ceiling），很多人应该都知道。不过，由于职业领域不同，各行业中对于这种升迁障碍的叫法也有所差异，比如，在军队和执法部门，这种障碍就叫brass ceiling（黄铜天花板）。
