　　With the implement of quality education in China, emphasizing all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic, improving students self-cultivation has gradually grown to be the focus of education. Self-cultivation consists of the mastering of knowledge, the moral standard towards others, the appreciation of arts and so on. Therefore, self-cultivation is regarded as a key access to success.

　　The joint effort of schools, families and society makes contribute to students self-cultivation. First of all, schools should not only concentrate on the textbook, but also develop and explore student s potential ability. Secondly, families also play a significant role. Parents can set good examples for their children as to habit, life attitudes and choice of friends. Thirdly, society is another indispensable factor in students self-cultivation, for it provides a platform for students to practice what they have leaned. Therefore, a harmonious society will be good for students self-enhancement.

　　As far as I m concerned, everyone should try his best in self-improvement. It s never too late to learn. With conscious self-cultivation, we shall give full play to our ambitions in the future.
