我家乡的风味小吃有很多,如盒子糕、锅边糊、豆腐丸、臭豆腐......但我最喜欢的要数臭豆腐了。

臭豆腐闻起来臭,吃起来香。今天和妈妈一起上街,我又央求妈妈给我买臭豆腐。只见摊主把一块块一寸见方的臭豆腐从“卤水”里捞出来,再放到油锅内炸。这时,就能听到一阵阵“吱吱”的响声。大约炸了两分钟,一串串臭豆腐便熟了,摊主利落地把一串串臭豆腐便可以吃了。我拿着臭豆腐放在嘴边轻轻地咬一口,“哇,真好吃!”我情不自禁地叫道。我狼吞虎咽地吃着臭豆腐,好像山珍海味也比不上似的。不知不觉地,一串臭豆腐便下肚了,这时,我才觉得嘴巴好辣,辣得我“呼哧、呼哧”地喘着粗气。旁边的妈妈笑嘻嘻地对我说:“还要不要来一串呀?”我搔着头,不好意思地回答道:“想是想,可惜肚子太小了。”妈妈听了,指着我的头说:“你这只小馋猫。”说完,我们都哈哈大笑起来。

我爱家乡的各种风味小吃,但我更爱家乡的臭豆腐。
