　　华西村民族宫大礼堂也是老书记生前经常开村民大会、作各类报告会之地，是他平时在村中出现频率最高的地点之一。

　　吴仁宝老书记因肺癌医治无效，于2013年3月18日晚6时58分在华西村家中逝世，享年85岁。
