好心的小企鹅

夏天，天气热得要命，空气好像被凝住了。

In summer, it is so hot that the air seems to be frozen.

一天傍晚，小企鹅出去散步。走着走着，它听见从一个地方传来了鸟叫声，那声音越来越响，又好像在它的头上，小企鹅抬头一看，原来是一只小鸟。鸟妈妈出去捉虫子，现在还没回来。小鸟饿了，所以叽叽喳喳地叫个不停。小企鹅先把鸟巢放下来，再找来几条虫子，一条一条地喂小鸟吃。

One evening, little penguin went out for a walk. Walking, it heard a bird call coming from a place. The sound was getting louder and louder. It seemed that on its head, the little penguin looked up, and it turned out to be a bird. Mother bird went out to catch insects, but she hasn't come back yet. The bird was hungry, so it kept chirping. The little penguin put down the nest first, and then found some insects to feed the birds one by one.

小鸟一开始不肯吃，后来，小鸟看着白白胖胖的虫子，实在太饿了，就小口小口地吃。它发现小企鹅没有伤害它，胆子变大了，就大口大口地吃起来。小鸟一边吃一边叫，好像在说：“谢谢你！”

At first, the bird refused to eat. Later, the bird looked at the white and fat insects. It was so hungry that it ate with a small bite. It found that the little penguin did not hurt it. When its courage grew, it began to eat. The bird was eating and shouting as if to say, "thank you!"

从此，小鸟和小企鹅就变成了好朋友了。

Since then, birds and penguins have become good friends.
