我战胜了我自己

学校组织我们跳舞训练，我参加了，可是训练太辛苦了，每天放学后总是很晚才能回家，累得我腰疼，腿疼、浑身都疼。于是我就不想跳了，也想放学后与其他同学一样早早回家了。

The school organized us to dance and train. I took part in the training, but it was too hard. I could not go home until very late after school every day. I was so tired that my back hurt, my legs hurt and my whole body hurt. So I don't want to jump. I want to go home as early as other students after school.

妈妈知道后，对我说：“做事情不要怕吃苦，要坚持到底，不能半途而废。”听了妈妈的话，我很惭愧。

When my mother knew it, she said to me, "don't be afraid to work hard, stick to it to the end, and don't give up halfway." I'm ashamed to hear from my mother.

第二天，我又回到了排练的队伍中，并且下决心坚持下去。几天过去了，我的腰不疼了，腿也不疼了，动作也到位了。

The next day, I went back to the rehearsal team and made up my mind to keep going. A few days later, my waist doesn't hurt, my legs don't hurt, and my movements are in place.

我终于战胜了我自己！

I finally beat myself!
