药方醉了 菲律宾66岁老人遵医嘱打Dota

At a Dota 2 tournament held at the Acclaim Computer Cafe in Iloilo, Philippines last Saturday, March 28, 2017, Philippine eSports Organization (PeSO) Executive Director Irymarc “Tryke” Gutierrez met a 66-year-old grandfather who is a regular patron of the internet cafe.

2017年3月28日，一场Dota 2比赛在菲律宾怡郎的Acclaim网吧举行。比赛中，菲律宾电子竞技协会的常务理事Tryke（伊瑞玛克·古铁雷斯）遇见了一位66岁的老爷爷，他是这家网吧的老主顾。

According to a brief interview with Tryke, the yet unnamed grandpa was advised by his doctors to play computer games as a form of stress relief and mental exercise.

从Tryke对他的简短访问中得知，医生建议这位不知道姓名的老者通过打游戏来减轻压力、锻炼脑力。

The real Old Man of Dota explained that his doctors specifically recommended that he play Dota 2, a strategy-heavy game, over other more culturally accepted elderly pastimes such as Mahjong.

这位Dota的“老”玩家声称，医生特地向他推荐了Dota 2，这款游戏比麻将等传统的老年人娱乐项目更考验策略。

The 66-year-old said that as he grew older, he began to just sit and stay at home where his mind deteriorated. Nowadays, he staves away mental degradation with a rousing game of Dota 2.

这名66岁的老人说随着年纪增长，他开始更多的坐在家里，思维也变得缓慢。现在，他通过玩Dota 2这种激烈的游戏停止了智力衰退。

Patrons of Acclaim Computer Cafe say that the Old Man of Dota comes in every morning to play for the entire day, only leaving to take breaks for meals and go home at night.

Acclaim网吧的常客们说这位老人每天都早出晚归来这里打上一整天，只有吃饭时间才稍作休息。
