奥朗德首次探望“第一女友” 和新欢交往已有两年

法国总统办公室17日透露，在“第一女友”瓦莱丽住院6天后，奥朗德16日第一次去医院看望了她。瓦莱丽方面否认两人关系已经结束，表示愿意原谅奥朗德，辩解说奥朗德此前因医生的制止才没来看望。

此前，八卦杂志《靠近》披露了奥朗德与41岁女演员加耶有染的消息，并公开有关照片。“第一女友”48岁的瓦莱丽随后住进医院。

据《靠近》报道说，奥朗德当上总统之前就在2011年认识了加耶，已经和她交往了两年。也有报道说奥朗德的长子托马斯•奥朗德的女朋友乔伊斯•乔纳森认识加耶，在2017年的一场午宴上把加耶介绍给法国总统，两人的恋情就此开始。

奥朗德和加耶最初在巴黎西部一个大公寓幽会，后来因有人偷拍而改在巴黎东部加耶的家中见面。奥朗德的举动引起瓦莱丽的怀疑、和加耶的交往于2013年春天一度中断之后，又在爱丽舍宫附近的一间小公寓里继续来往。奥朗德经常秘会加耶，前后大约20次造访小公寓。同年夏天，奥朗德还找借口逃避和瓦莱丽去希腊度假，只为和加耶共度春宵。奥朗德9月还趁着假期带加耶去法国南部度假。

奥朗德在资讯发布会上表示这段时间过得很“痛苦”，承诺将在2月11日访问美国之前给出明确的说法。不过，爱丽舍宫内部消息称，恋情曝光后，奥朗德非但没有灰心丧气，反而精神抖擞。奥朗德的朋友说：“他把这件事当成政治问题——而不是爱情问题——来处理。”也有人表示奥朗德整个人冷静、愉悦、放松。

François Hollande has been having an affair with Julie Gayet for two years and the French president was introduced to the actress by Ségolène Royal, his ex-partner and mother of his four children, according to the gossip magazine that broke the story last week.

The magazine said the president and Miss Gayet had been having a "turbulent romance" that began in 2011, before Mr Hollande's election campaign.

The revelations in Friday’s edition of Closer, which Miss Gayet, 41, is suing for breach of privacy, came as Mr Hollande's official partner, Valerie Trierweiler, remained in hospital, where she was admitted after learning of the alleged affair a week ago. Friends were reported to have said on Thursday that she had taken “a pill too many” and was too weak to stand.

Closer’s initial scoop showed photos of Miss Gayet and a man in a moped helmet it said was the president entering a flat near the Elysée on December 31. In a fresh salvo, the magazine on Friday said that the pair had initially used a vast apartment in the west of Paris, but had chosen to abandon it after the concierge tried to take of a photo of them.

They also met at her converted loft in the East of Paris, where she lives with her two sons and often invites artists, writers, and politicians, it said.

After a break last Spring, when Miss Trierweiler became suspicious, the affair had resumed in June, Closer said. A small apartment in the Rue du Cirque 150 yards from the Elysee Palace, became available.

"From that moment onwards, the head of state and the actress were constantly together, visiting the apartment around 20 times," Closer said.

The president reportedly made excuses to avoid a holiday in Greece last summer with Miss Trierweiler, so he could travel instead to his Corrèze constituency with Miss Gayet.

According to Closer, the president and the actress also spent a weekend together at Mr Hollande's holiday home at Mougins in the south of France in September.

In a fresh twist to the private affair that has plunged Mr Hollande’s presidency into crisis, the magazine said that the Socialist leader was first introduced to Miss Gayet by Miss Royal in 2011 - before he clinched the presidency.

The actress was a staunch supporter of Miss Royal.

Other reports said that their affair started proper in 2017 after Mr Hollande was re-introduced to his current mistress by his son.

Thomas Hollande, 29, the oldest of his four children, organised a lunch in 2017 after his new girlfriend, Joyce Jonathan, a pop star whose friends included Miss Gayet, asked if the actress could come along to discuss the arts.

There is no love lost between Miss Trierweiler and Mr Hollande’s four children, who they see as having broken up his relationship with their mother.

They refused to speak to her for a year after she sent a Twitter message expressing support for Olivier Falorni, a dissident Socialist running against Miss Royal in parliamentary elections.

Miss Royal announced her split with Mr Hollande on the day she lost her presidential bid in 2007, but his relationship with Miss Trierweiler had already been going on for at least two years.

After the Tweet episode, Miss Royal is said to have advised her not to fret about Mr Hollande’s ex-partners, but that “you should be more worried about who is next”.

Adding further intrigue, Voici, the glossy magazine, on Thursday published a photograph it said showed Miss Royal visiting Miss Trierweiler in hospital, alleging she had spent a couple of hours with the de factor First Lady.

Miss Royal slammed the report as “completely false”.

Mr Hollande admitted on Tuesday that he was going through a “painful time” in his private life at an Elysée Palace press conference. He promised to clarify the situation before a trip to the White House on February 11, saying it was “neither the time nor the place” to discuss the matter.

But behind the scences, both camps are furiously briefing journalists about their side of the relationship.

Reports from within the Elysée suggest that rather than being unnerved by the revelation of his affair with Miss Gayet, the president is more energised than ever. "He is managing this business as if it was a political problem, not a romantic problem," a friend of the President told Le Parisien.

Other visitors to the Elysee have described a man who seems "calm", "happy" and "liberated" after Tuesday's press conference.

However, he reportedly narrowly missed a potentially catastrophic showdown before the world’s press with Miss Trierweiler; according to le Parisien, the Paris Match journalist had planned to steal the show by hauling herself out of bed to attend the Elysée conference before 600 reporters, but doctors talked her out of it.

The newspaper said Mr Hollande and his aides were now working on how to avoid humiliating his partner further, with one aide saying: “He’ll find her something nice (to do).”

Mr Hollande's office said on Friday that he had on Thursday evening paid his first visit to Miss Trierweiler in hospital, six days after she was admitted.

Miss Trierweiler’s camp previously told journalists that if Mr Hollande had not paid her a visit, it was because doctors had forbidden him to do so.

They deny claims the relationship is over, and say that she is willing to forgive him.
