LIMA, Sept. 26 -- Peru will meet Ecuador in an international friendly in November as both teams gear up for next year's Copa America, the Peruvian football federation said on Wednesday.

The match will be played at the Estadio Nacional in Peruvian capital Lima on November 15 - part of this year's final FIFA international friendly window.

The Blanquirroja will also meet Chile in Miami on October 12 and the United States in Connecticut four days later.

Peru suffered 2-1 defeats to both the Netherlands and Germany earlier this month in their first outings since June, when they ended a 36-year World Cup absence in Russia.

The Copa America, the world's oldest continental football tournament, will be played in Brazil from June 14 to July 7 next year.
