B: I have seen him network at social events and he does seem to have a certain flair for dealing with all types of people.

diplomacy:外交;(处理人际关系等的)手腕圆滑。

technique:(科学、艺术等方面在过程、细节或表现方面展示的)专业技巧;技术，方法。

gift:(用于某些特殊工作的高层次的)天赋;才能;天资。

flair:(天生的或特别的)才能;天赋;天资。

network:(为自己的发展)同他人建立关系。
