A :Good morning, everyone. We are now on our way to Beijing airport. Well go through the check-in produce and board the plane together as a group,not separately. So after the tourist bus arrives at the airport, please stay together. If you have any questions regarding the tour,please feel free to ask me.

B: What is the expected time of the plane's arrival in Hangzhou?

B：预期到达杭州的时间是几点?

A: 11:00. The flight to Hangzhou takes about two hours.

A：十一点。到杭州的飞行时间是两个小时。

C :Are we going to visit some places of interest in Hangzhou to­day?

C：我们今天要参观杭州的名胜吗?

A:Well,after the plane arrives at the Hangzhou airport,well first go to the hotel where the tourist agency has reserved rooms for us. A special bus service run by CAAC will carry us to the hotel. Well check in at the hotel and put our luggage in our rooms. Then well have lunch. In the afternoon, well visit the West Lake.

A：在飞机到达杭州机场后，我们先去旅店，旅行社已为我们订好了房间。中国民航将会派一辆专车送我们去那儿。我们要在旅馆登记，把行李放在房间里。然后 我们吃午饭。下午，我们去参观西湖。

D:What is the weight allowance for luggage?

D：对行李的重量限额是多少?

A:20 kilograms. I do not think any one here has overweight lug­gage.

A：20千克。我认为我们没有超重的行李。

D:Can we carry all our luggage on board the plane and keep it with us in the passenger compartment?

D：我们都能带着行李上机，并随身携带到客舱吗?

A :There are regulations regarding carry on luggage. Generally speaking,one passenger is allowed to carry one compact piece—one handbag or small travelling bag—on board the flight. Other luggage within the weight allowance will have to be checked.

A：关于随身带的行李是有规定的。一般来说，一位旅客允许携带一小件 件手提包或小旅行包上机。其他的在重量限额之内的行李要托运。

A:We've got 5 low berths,5 upper berths and 5 middle berths. I suggest that the young men among us take the upper berths, leaving the low berths for the elderly and the two women with little children. The rest of us can take the middle berths. What do you say to that?

A：我们有5个下铺，5个上铺和5个中铺。我建议年轻人 睡上铺，年老者和带小孩的两位女士睡下铺，其余的人 睡中铺。这样办你们看如何?

B :That's a good idea.

B：好主意。

C : I'm very sorry,but I am trainsick. Would it be possible for me to take a low berth?

C：很抱歉我晕车。我能否睡下铺?

D:Miss Li,please let him have a low berth. I can take an upper berth. Although i'm no longer young,Tm in very good health. Climbing up to the upper berth won't be a problem for me.

D：李小姐，让他睡下铺吧，我睡上铺，虽然我不再年轻，但 是我身体好，爬到上铺去对我来说不成问题。

A:(To Traveller B) Oh,thanks a lot for solving the problem for us. (To Traveller C)In that case you can take a low berth. Don't worry about your train sickness. IVe brought some tab­lets with me that prevent train sickness. Here, take this one now. i'm sure you'll be all right on the train.

A：(对旅客B说)哦，多谢您为我们解决了问题。(对旅客 C说)既然这样您就睡下铺吧，不要担心晕车。我有止 晕药片，现在您吃一粒。我能肯定您在火车上将会情 况良好。

C:Thank you. (To Traveller B) It's very kind of you to offer this change.

C：谢谢您。(对旅客B说)谢谢您交换铺位。

D:By the way,where is the dining car

D：顺便问一下，餐车在哪儿?

A:The dining car is next to this sleeping car.

A：餐车在卧铺车厢隔壁。

C: Shall we eat our meals in the dining car?

C：我们在餐车就餐吗?

A:The attendant will bring some food here. But,since the dining car is next to this carriage,we may just as well eat there.

A：服务员会把饭送到这儿来的。但是，既然餐车就在卧 铺车厢隔壁，我们也可以去那儿吃。

C:That's all right. (Looking out of the window) How beautiful the scenery is! Look at the vast stretches of green fields.

C：那也行。(向窗外望去)景色真美呀，看这一望无垠的 绿色田野。

D:But it looks lovely only at this time of the year. It's rather mo­notonous in winter.

D：但是它只是在这个时候看起来才美丽，冬天的景色很 单调。

C :That's why I prefer to travel in the summer.

C：这就是我为什么喜欢在夏天旅行的原因。

D:Me too. I love summer,though it is hot.

D：我也是。虽然天气热，我仍喜欢夏天。

C:The train's pulling in. Do we have time to get off and stretch our legs?

C：火车就要进站了。我们有时间下车活动活动腿脚吗?

A:You may go out if you want. The train leaves in a quarter of an hour. Whatever you do,don't miss it.

A：如果您愿意您可以出去，火车十五分钟后出发，无论您 做什么，不要错过火车。

C :Don't worry, I'll be back on time.

C：不要担心，我会准时回来的。
