男人偶尔也需要有点“哥们儿时间”

　　谈恋爱或者已经结婚的两个人就一定要时刻在一起吗？男人们说：不，我们有时也需要跟哥们儿单独相处一会儿。就像女人们时不时也会来个girls time一样，男人们在一起的时间就叫guy time。

　　Guy time refers to quality time men spend with his male friends and do "guy" things, such as watching violent movies, getting aggressive at the gym, and watching football games with crude comments.

　　Guy time（哥们儿时间）指男人们跟自己的哥们儿一起度过的时间，他们在一起做一些男人们喜欢做的事情，如看暴力电影，一起在健身房拼汗，或者骂着脏话看球赛等。

　　Guy time can be stress relief because they don’t have any responsibilities to each other except friendship.

　　哥们儿时间没有压力因为他们彼此之间没有责任，只有友谊。

　　Men are more physical oriented and aggressive. It’s why the vast majority of die-hard football fans are guys. Having guy time allows men to pursue those activities without compromise that comes with co-workers or female relationships.

　　男人们更喜欢身体运动而且更具攻击性。这就是为什么大部分铁杆球迷都是男性。跟哥们儿在一起的时间可以让男人们全力参与这些活动而不用像跟同事或女朋友在一起时那样有所妥协。

　　Sometimes guys just need a break from their typical situations. For most older guys, those are work, family, and a long term relationship. Hanging with guy friends, especially good ones, provides a break from the monotony of everyday life, even those parts of life that might be enjoyable. It’s a time to let loose, ditch the stress, and break out of routine.

　　有时，男人们只是需要从日常生活中开溜一会儿。对大部分上了年纪的男人来说，这里的日常生活就是工作、家庭还有长期恋爱关系。跟哥们儿在一起，尤其是跟关系好的在一起，可以让他们暂别日常生活的枯燥，或暂时告别生活中惬意的部分。哥们儿时间是让人彻底放松，释放压力，暂别常规生活的时间。
