　　随着韩剧《来自星星的你》的热播，又一股“韩流”强势来袭。说到“韩流”，其实已经不是什么新鲜词，但是“韩流”的英文表达，你知道吗？

　　Asia is increasingly feeling the phenomenon of hallyu, a newly coined term referring to the increase in popularity of South Korean culture that has been flooding other countries since turn of the century.

　　“韩流”在亚洲刮得越来越猛。“韩流”（hallyu）是针对本世纪以来韩国文化在亚洲其他国家受到热捧的现象而造出的新词。

　　The first China felt of it was in 2000, when the TV series Autumn in My Heart aired.

　　“韩流”首度侵袭中国是在2000年，当时韩剧《蓝色生死恋》在中国热播。

　　This year, My Love from the Star boosted sales of fried chicken amid the bird flu crisis, because the female protagonist said she adored "beer and fried chicken" as her favorite food when the first winter snow began to fall.

　　今年，韩剧《来自星星的你》让炸鸡在禽流感时节大卖，因为剧中女主角说她在初雪时最喜欢吃“炸鸡和啤酒”。
