我有个朋友的女儿喜欢弹钢琴，小小年纪就表现出非凡的天分。这个朋友要给她找个出色的钢琴老师，找了快半年终于找到了，我们都觉得她太挑剔。

可前几天我去她家听了她女儿弹琴，简直可以说是有本质上的飞跃! 看来，辛苦找老师是没错的! 就像我们今天要说到的这个习惯用语：worth ones while. Worth ones while, 意思是在某人或某事上花的钱、时间或努力是值得的。我朋友的故事告诉我，为了孩子，耐心细致地挑老师是绝对值得的! It was totally worth its while!
