　　21.C.promise to do sth.答应做某事。 promise后接不定式做宾语。

　　22.C.ask sb. to do sth.请(让)某人做某事。不定式的否定形式是在 to前加not，即：ask sb. not to do sth.

　　23.C.for和of都可接名词或代词做不定式的逻辑主语。用for或of取决于表语形容词。形容词若描述的是全句，则用for;若描述的是逻辑主语的特征、状态，则应用of.
