体坛英语资讯：Malaga top in Spain after Saturday night matches

MADRID, Oct. 1 -- Malaga went top of the Primera Liga table on Saturday night after a dramatic 3-2 win at home to Getafe.

Julio Cesar Baptista scored an overhead kick in injury time to give his side all three points as Malaga twice came from behind following a thrilling second half in the Rosaleda Stadium.

Pedro Leon opened the scoring for Getafe with a spectacular volley before Ruud Van Nistelrooy's first goal of the season leveled the score.

Getafe substitute Miku put his side back in front with a controversial goal after the ball hit his hand, but Vicenzo Maresca again drew Malaga level with two minutes remaining. Baptirsa then produced his spectacular goal to in the match and send the home fans into raptures.

Sergio Canales's fourth minute goal gave Valencia all three points at home to Granada in a game Valencia threatened to run away with in the opening minutes, but in which they ended up asking for time against a well organized rival, that never gave up.

Villarreal came from behind twice to draw at home to Zaragoza: Luis Garcia and Pablo Berrera twice put Zaragoza ahead in the El Madrigal Stadium, but Giuseppe Rossi, with a cheekily taken penalty and substitute, Hernan Perez, who scored a late header, saved a point for Villarreal

Raul Garcia scored two goals for Osasuna, but his side were unable to beat a Mallorca side still looking for a first team coach, thanks to Tomer Hemed, who scored two penalties that allowed Mallorca to salvage a point.

Raul Tamudo showed he still has the scoring touch as he opened the scoring for Rayo Vallecano away to Racing Santander, but Alvaro Gonzalez leveled the scores in the second half.

The remaining matches in Spain are played on Sunday.
