星期天发生的一件事

一个星期天的早上，妈妈去买菜了，我独自一人在家里写作业。

One Sunday morning, my mother went to buy vegetables. I was alone at home doing my homework.

突然，我听见一阵“咚咚咚”的敲门声，我急忙小跑过去，正想开门，又把小手缩了回来，心想：“这时会是谁呢？妈妈不会那么快就回来了呀？”于是，我就透过猫眼看了看，是一个陌生的叔叔，我问他：“你找谁呀？”陌生人回答：“我找你妈妈，把门开开吧！”“那你说说我妈妈的名字？”我又问到。那个陌生人吞吞吐吐的说：“你妈……妈不是……姓李吗？”我心想：“我妈妈姓江，他怎么说是姓李呢？”我开始怀疑他的身份了。我有点紧张，但是还很镇定，我对他说：“我家的门是反锁着的，我没钥匙，等一会儿我打个电话给我妈妈叫她回家吧！”陌生人听了以后，慌慌张张的跑了。

Suddenly, I heard a "Dong Dong" knock on the door. I hurried to the door, just wanted to open the door, and then I drew back my little hand, thinking, "who is it? Mother won't be back so soon? " So I looked through the cat's eyes. I was a strange uncle. I asked him, "who are you looking for?" The stranger replied, "I'll find your mother and open the door." "Then tell me my mother's name?" I asked again. The stranger stammered, "your mother Mom is not Is your surname Li? " I thought to myself, "my mother's surname is Jiang. What does he say is Li?" I began to doubt his identity. I was a little nervous, but still calm. I said to him, "my door is locked. I don't have a key. I'll call my mother later and ask her to go home." After hearing this, the stranger ran away in panic.

不一会儿，爸爸妈妈都回家了，我把这件事告诉了他们，他们都夸奖我是一个聪明的好孩子，有戒备心，就应该这样做，我听了以后心里乐开了花。

After a while, mom and dad went home. I told them about it. They all praised me for being a smart and good kid. I should be on guard. After listening, I was happy.
