“气炸了”用英语如何表达？

01 angry

首先是大家最熟悉的angry，angry可能是大家最早认识的表示“生气”的单词。但其实在口语中angry并不是很常用，因为angry相对来说比较formal，多用于书面语。

常见搭配：

angry with sb.

angry about sth.

例句：

I’m angry about the delayed actions towards the epidemic.

对于应对流行病姗姗来迟的行动我感到非常愤怒。

I’m so angry with my roomie because she’s always on the phone at midnight.

我很气我的室友半夜总是煲电话粥。

02 mad

比angry非正式一点的是mad，表示抓狂的，类似crazy。典型的美国习惯用语，英国英语里是疯狂的意思 如果想加强程度，可以说barking mad/ howling mad，表示气疯了、气到极点。bark是狗吼的意思，barking指 常见搭配：

be/ get mad about sth.

be/ get mad at sb.

例句：

What are you mad about?

你生什么气呢？

Why are you mad at me?

你为什么生我气？

I got barking mad when I knew that jerk betrayed me.

当我知道那个混球背叛了我 ，我快气疯了。

03 pissed off

pissed off很口语，而且侧重于一种短暂的生气状态，可以 例句：

You really pissed me off.

你真的把我气死了。

I was pissed off that my car got a scratch.

我车上有刮痕，气死了。

04 furious

表示暴怒、狂怒、非常气愤，比angry程度高很多。

常见搭配：

furious at/about sth.

furious with sb.

例句：

My mom was furious when she saw my grades.

我妈妈看到我考试成绩的时候，快要气死了。

05 annoyed

被某件事惹恼了，有一点点生气。annoy本身指“干扰、打扰”，引申可作“使烦恼，使恼怒”解，强调经常的、不断的干扰、激怒或苦恼。比如邻居家总是深夜用洗衣机，让我很抓狂。annoy表示“因…而生气”时，常用于be～ed结构。

常见搭配：

be annoyed with sth./ sb.生…的气 be annoyed at因…而恼怒 例句：

Susan felt slightly annoyed with herself.

苏珊有点生自己的气。

We enjoyed the game but were rather annoyed at being beaten.

这场比赛我们打得很痛快，但是比赛失利令我们很懊恼。

06 upset

这个词既表示“生气”，又表示“担心”，本意是指“弄翻”，比如upset the cup；比如肠胃不舒服get an upset stomach.当心情被打乱的时候，既可以是生气，也可以是担心。

表示我很担心你时，说I'm so upset about you. 表示你说的话让我很生气，说I'm upset about what you said to me.

07 freak out

和upset一样，并没有对应的中文来 例句：

The boss freaked out on the spot when he knew the result.

老板知道结果后当场发飙。

We are almost freaking out if you don't turn up.

你再不出现的话，我们都快要疯了。

He freaked out when the pink slip showed up on his desk.

他收到解雇通知书吓坏了。

08 kill

kill也可以用来表示生气，生气到就像被kill掉一样。

例句：

It really killed me when I know my colleague spoke ill of me.

当我知道我的同事在背后说我坏话时我气死了。

09 go bananas

go bananas表示发疯、发狂、勃然大怒，极度兴奋激动。除了“go bananas”，我们还可以用drive someone bananas来形容发疯。

例句：

Mom will go bananas when she sees this mess.

老妈看到这一团糟会疯掉的。

The student drove the teacher bananas.

这个学生把老师逼疯了。

10 hit the roof/ceiling

hit the roof/ceiling指暴跳如雷；不管是ceiling 例句：

I hit the roof when I heard the news.

听到这个资讯时，我简直气炸。

11 blow one's top

blow可以解释为"吹气"的"吹"。但是，在这里解释为"爆炸"。Top一般来说是最高的意思，在这里是指人的头顶。所以，to blow one's top的字面意思就是把某人的头顶都炸开了。俗语的意思几乎跟中文里的怒发冲冠相似。

例句：

She almost blew her top when she found out that he had been lying to her.

当她发现他一直都在骗她时，她大发雷霆。

12 make one's blood boil

make one's blood boil指火冒三丈，气到血压升高、热血沸腾的那种。

例句：

I made my blood boil when I found out what they had done.

当我知道他们做的好事时，我气疯了。

13 have a fit

表示非常生气、愤怒，这是非正式的表达，只适合口语化的场合；fit用作名词的时候可以表示"突发"的意思，经常用在短语a fit of当中，中文 例句：

Did he really have a fit or just pull my leg?

他是真的生气了，还是在跟我开玩笑？

14 tick me off

Tick me off!表示非常生气，语气较重。除了用来表达“人”让你不爽以外，也可以用来表达“事”或“物”让你不爽。

例句：

- Tick me off! My radio can’t work again。

-气死我了！我的收音机又坏了。

- You’d better buy a new one。

-你最好买台新的。

15 livid

livid指暴怒的、狂怒的。

例句：

I spent so much money on the ticket. But they just canceled the concert 10 minutes before it started. I was so livid.

我花这么多钱买了票。结果开场前10分钟演唱会取消了。气死我了。

16 I'm about to lose it.

I'm about to lose it.指我要爆发了、我要崩溃了。

例句：

My friend owed me $10,000. I've asked for it many times. But he still hasn't given it back to me. I'm about to lose it.

我朋友欠我一万美金，我已经要过很多次，但是他还没有还，我真的要爆发了！

17 be up in arms

be up in arms指非常生气，人们生气一般是指心里不愉快，而这里使用了arms，可见情况的严重性。生气生到准备大打出手 例句：

My dad was really up in arms after I dented his brand-new car.

我把我爸的新车撞凹进去了，他非常恼火。

18 burst with anger

burst指爆炸、猝发的意思，burst with anger指勃然大怒、气炸了。

例句：

I was bursting with anger after they fired me from my job.

他们解雇我之后，我勃然大怒。
