今天，又是我学跆拳道的时间了。

教练带我们做完热身后，我们穿上了护具，开始实战。

After the coach took us through the warm-up, we put on the protective equipment and started the actual combat.

打完实战后老师就让我教廖百鸣太极一章，这下我也当了一回教练，真过瘾！

After the actual battle, the teacher asked me to teach Liao Baiming the chapter of Taiji. Now I also became a coach. It's amazing!

最后下课了，我往外望了望，看妈妈不在，就自己去女更衣室换衣服，妈妈回来笑着说：“女儿长大了！”

Finally, after class, I looked out and saw that my mother was not there, so I went to the women's dressing room to change clothes. My mother came back and said with a smile, "my daughter has grown up!"
