“好晒啊”英文怎么说？只会Its too sunny可不够！

炎炎夏日又双叒叕来了，大太阳挂在头顶上，刚买的冰淇淋也被融化了。一提起夏天大家就想到一个字“晒”，那么英文中怎么表达“好晒”呢？这里我们分成两部分来学习这些词汇，一部分是形容词的“晒”，另一部分是动词的“晒”。

形容词：

1 bright / sunny

表达阳光充足，没有阴天，没有遮盖，但不一定刺眼。

例：

It's so bright / sunny outside!

外面太阳好大！

2 harsh

刺眼的，能形容阳光刺眼、声音刺耳，光线过于强烈。

例：

The sun is so harsh. I can't open my eyes！

太阳真刺眼，我睁不开眼！

3 scorching

灼热的，当你被太阳晒得感觉皮肤快烧起来的时候，你就可以用这个词来形容太阳 例：

Can we go somewhere else? There are no trees in the square and the sun is scorching.

咱能去个别的地方吗？这广场上一棵树都没有，晒死人了！

动词：

4 shine

to send out or reflect light

照耀；发光；反光

用shine这个词客观的表达了太阳发出光照这一现象，但是对于描述“太晒”这一程度来讲，shine这个词还没有那么强烈的感觉。

例：

Is that light shining in your eyes?

光晃你眼吗？

The sun shone all afternoon.

整个下午阳光灿烂。

5 burn

“晒伤”。 很明显了，就是字面的意思，皮肤被晒得好像着火了，并且造成了实际的伤害。

例：

On her first day in the Caribbean Josie was badly burned

(= her skin became red and painful from too much sun).

到加勒比海的第一天，乔西就晒伤了。

Fair-skinned people burn easily in the sun.

白皮肤的人很容易晒伤。

6 scorch

7 catch some rays

ray这里就是指太阳的光线，catch rays就是接收了阳光的照射。

例：

If it's fine, I'm going to hit the beach and catch some rays.

如果天气好的话，我就去沙滩上晒晒太阳。

8 tan /tæn/

to become brown, or to make someone's body or skin, etc. brown, from being in the sun

晒成棕褐色的肤色

例：

Her skin tans very quickly in the summer.

她的皮肤在夏天很容易晒黑。

I need to tan my legs before the holiday.

我需要把腿晒黑才去度假。
