妈妈笑了

今天，我和妈妈在大街上玩儿。

Today, my mother and I are playing in the street.

突然，我听见“扑通”一声。原来是一位老奶奶滑倒了。我连忙跑过去，使劲把老奶奶扶起来。老奶奶连声说：“谢谢你，小朋友。”

Suddenly, I heard a plop. It turned out that an old woman slipped. I ran to her and helped her up. "Thank you, little friend," she said

我听了，心里比喝了蜂蜜还要甜。

When I heard it, my heart was sweeter than honey.

接着，我就从地上拣起了那片讨厌的香蕉皮，把它轻轻地放到垃圾箱里。

Then I picked up the loathsome banana peel from the ground and gently put it in the dustbin.

妈妈看见我做好事的样子，会心地笑了。

My mother smiled knowingly when she saw me doing good.
