当我们说清洁地板时使用 sweep和 mop。

To sweep指的是用扫帚清扫地板上的灰尘。

Please sweep the floor every day. 动词 to mop指的是用拖把拖地板。名词mop指拖把，一种在一根棍子的末端装上一排棉条或者海绵的工具。

I mop the floor using soap and water once a month. 如果我们想要清洁地毯，会使用词语‘vacuum’。'To vacuum'指用吸尘器清洁某物。
