投资“打水漂”？各种拉风的“奇葩公司名称”

投资界真是一个神奇的地方。近期，朋友圈里有人晒出一家在上海自贸区注册的企业，名字叫“上海打水漂投资有限公司”。对于这样奇葩的公司名称，你怎么看？

A string of bizarre company names in China have got netizens talking.

一些奇葩的公司名称近日引发网民热议。

【投资“打水漂”？】

【investment will be a waste of money】

A Shanghai-based investment company called itself "Dashuipiao" (investment will be a waste of money).

上海一家投资公司给自己取名为“上海打水漂投资有限公司”。

The company specializes in industrial investment, investment management and catering business management.

公司的经营范围包括实业投资、投资管理、资产管理和餐饮企业管理等。

【“闷声”发大财？】

【I will make my fortune without letting you know.】

Another company in Shenzhen registered itself as "Mensheng," or "I will make my fortune without letting you know."

深圳注册有一家“前海闷声资本管理有限公司”。

【“小龙虾”PK“老板娘”】

Others include "Little Lobster" and "Landlady," and, according to web portal Sina.com, a private equity company in Hangzhou calls itself "Guoliyoumi" (I have rice in my bowl.)

“奇葩”公司名称还有“小龙虾（上海）融资租赁有限公司”、“老板娘(上海)商务咨询有限公司”等。据新浪门户网站消息，杭州还有家私募基金公司叫“锅里有米”。

The bizarre names have divided the online community into two camps: Those that think the names are just outright stupid, and those that are fans of the tongue in cheek naming.

网友们对奇葩公司名称的看法也分成了两大阵营：一些人认为这些名称简直太傻了，另一些人很喜欢这种搞笑名称。

"When the name Alibaba came out, I thought it was strange too," wrote a user on microblog Sina Weibo. "Now it is an e-commerce giant."

有位新浪微博网友说：“阿里巴巴刚出来的时候，我也觉得名字有点怪，现在它成了电商巨头。”

Some argue that it's not easy to be original.

有些人认为公司名称想起得独出心裁很难。

"I once tried more than 300 unusual names and the registration system told me they were all taken," said a Weibo user.

一位微博网友写道：“我有次尝试了300多个与众不同的公司名称，结果注册系统都显示已经注册过了。”

"In the end, I tried 'You win, system!' But even that was taken!"

“最后我试了下：系统你赢了！结果这也被注册了！”

【注册规定】

According to the regulation on company-name registration, names must not damage the interests of the nation or the public, nor should the titles deceive the public or causes misunderstanding. Any reference to the Party, the Army or social groups are prohibited.

根据2017年修订的《企业名称登记管理规定》，公司名称中不得含有“有损国家和社会公共利益，可能对公众造成欺骗或误解的内容或文字，以及政党名称、党政军机关名称、群众组织名称、社会团体名称和部队番号等”。

An official from the Shanghai company-name registration department told Xinhua that as long as company names do not break the law or harm society, they should be allowed.

上海一位负责企业登记注册的官员告诉新华社记者，只要是企业名称不违反国家法律规定，或是社会风俗，都是允许注册的。
