Cognitive bias.

这叫认知偏差。

Please remember mainstream media is for profit so any news article must add value to audience.

请记住，主流媒体是要盈利的，所以很多资讯文章都需要靠读者赚钱。

If you read serious news outlet, you will probably see from time to time positive news of China.

如果你读一些正经一点的资讯源，你会是不是看到些关于中国的正面资讯。

For others, there is often no incentive for the editor to include positive China news instead of perhaps certain celebrity’s expose.

而对于其他媒体而言，他们的编辑通常并没有动机去写中国的正面消息，可能唯一的例外是名人资讯。

To be honest, negative news on China are mostly true, a country this size and population is easy to find all kinds of negative news.

老实讲，关于中国的负面资讯通常是真的，在一个这么大、拥有这么多人口的国家很容易找到各种负面资讯。

Western journalists has lost their integrity, they want nothing but exposure and attention, which is the reason you only hear about China's negative news.

西方记者已经抛弃了他们的客观性，现在他们除了曝光度和关注度什么也不想要，正因为如此你才总是听到关于中国的负面讯息。

You don't hear positive news about China coming from the media doesn't mean there are no positive news in China.

你没有从媒体那听到关于中国的正面资讯，不代表中国就没有正面资讯

It's good for us though.

其实这对我们来讲有好处啦。

This way we can develop our economy Secretly while the western world think we are still struggling for food And shelter.

这样一来，我们就可以秘密发展自己的经济，而西方世界还以为我们饥寒交迫呢。
