Another day, another scandal for Justin Bieber.

又是一则关于贾斯汀比伯的丑闻。

This time, the pop star is under fire for telling a racist joke in video footage that was recorded several years ago but only surfaced on Sunday, June 1.

这一次，这位流行歌手因为一段种族歧视的玩笑视频片段而备受指责。这段视频是在几年前录的，但在六月一号才曝光。

In the clip, which was posted on the pay site for U.K.newspaper The Sun as well as on TMZ, a young Justin can be seen and heard asking, "Why are black people afraid of chain saws?" He then delivers a tasteless punchline, saying, "run" followed by his repeated use of the N-word.

这段视频被放到了英国太阳报和TMZ的网站上，当时稚嫩的贾斯汀在影片中问：“为什么黑人怕电锯？”随后以音同电锯运转声的歧视黑人字眼，搞笑高呼“Run! Nigger…(快跑，黑鬼)”。

TMZ reports that it received the footage four years ago but didn't post it at the time since the pop star was just 15 "and immediately told his friends what he did was stupid," the site writes.

TMZ报道称，他们早在四年前就收到了这个视频片段，但是没有立即公布出来，因为那时贾斯汀才15岁，“并且他当时就向朋友承认这个做法是十分愚蠢的，”网站称。

Hours after the footage emerged, Bieber issued an apology via TMZ. "As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance," he said.

影片曝光几个小时后，比伯通过TMZ发表了道歉声明：“作为一个年轻人，我不知道某些话语的力量及伤害性，我以为重复说、或用来开玩笑不会有问题，其实是因为当时的我很无知。”

"Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended."
