长期低头看手机容易导致“技术脖”

　　我们之前说过，长期低头看手机会导致脸部肌肉下垂并伴有双下巴的“手机脸”。如今，有专业人士提出，低头看手机还会导致颈部出现皱纹，他们称之为“技术脖”。爱美的伙伴们，我们还是关掉手机，多抬头看看天空吧。
