追求完美也会“疲劳”？

　　自拍照上传到朋友圈之前一定要用美图工具修一下，电影大片的特效场景都是电脑制作，想不完美都难。有了这些“帮手”，追求完美似乎也不是什么难事了，不过，这样的完美看多了，自然也就难免会疲劳了。

　　Perfection fatigue refers to mental exhaustion and stress caused by constantly trying to present oneself as perfect, or by constantly seeing images of perfection.

　　Perfection fatigue（完美疲劳症）指由于不断追求自我完美表现或者因为不断看到完美的图像而引发的精神倦怠或压力。

　　“I think we’re collectively rebounding from perfection fatigue,” said Pamela Grossman, the director of visual trends at Getty Images. “Everyone knows what Photoshop is now. Everyone’s seen the wizard behind the curtain in advertising, in Hollywood. We know how the machine works.
