你有“完美主义瘫痪症”吗？

　　有些事情已经拖了很久却还一拖再拖，问及理由，答曰：没准备好，状态不对，总之就是害怕做得不够完美。对于这些人而言，哪怕有一丁点不完美都是不可接受的，于是事情就一直被搁置下来。这种现象就叫perfectionist paralysis（完美主义瘫痪症）。

　　Perfectionist paralysis refers to the inability to start on a project, assignment, essay or any creative task due to the fear of not getting it perfectly right.

　　“完美主义瘫痪症”指的是因害怕无法完美地做成某事而一直未能开始某个项目（作业、论文或创造性的任务）。

　　Example:

　　Joe: You haven't started writing your paper yet?

　　Bob: Nope.

　　Joe: Isn't it due tomorrow?

　　Bob: Yep.

　　Joe: I thought you went to the library and did your research, made your notes and wrote your outline.

　　Bob: I've got perfectionist paralysis.

　　乔：你还没开始写你的论文吗？

　　鲍勃：没呢。

　　乔：不是明天要交了吗？

　　鲍勃：是啊。

　　乔：我以为你去图书馆是做研究、记笔记、写概要去了。

　　鲍勃：我有“完美主义瘫痪症”。
