什么是“饼干谈话”？

　　看过美剧《绝望主妇》的人大概都很熟悉这样一个场景，Bree端出刚烤制好的饼干，和其他几个主妇朋友一起坐下来聊八卦，这就是cookie talk（饼干谈话）。

　　Cookie talk refers to a low-key, informal chat, particularly one where cookies are served.

　　“饼干谈话”指的是低调的非正式的闲聊，通常是一边吃饼干一边聊。

　　Housewives often do this when one of the neighbours bring some fresh-baked cookies. In this way they can kill time and catch up with each other.

　　家庭主妇邻里之间经常进行这种“饼干谈话”，其中一个人会带来新鲜出炉的饼干。这样她们既可以消磨时间，也可以彼此了解近况。
