智能手机导致的“屏幕近视”

　　有网友说：我不是在电脑旁边看手机，就是拿着手机在看电脑。因为便携式设备和无线网络的普及，人们似乎越来越离不开这些屏幕了。于是，长时间盯着各类屏幕成为家常便饭，随之而来的近视现象也就不可避免了。

　　Screen sightedness refers to myopia caused by too much time spent indoors staring at small screens.

　　Screen sightedness指长时间待在室内盯着小屏幕看而导致的近视，即“屏幕近视”。

　　British researchers coined the problem “screen sighted,” referring to a 35 percent increase in nearsightedness since the launch of smartphones in 1997. They believe smartphones are a cause, and warn that the problem will only get worse.(Source: Word Spy)

　　英国研究人员最先提出“屏幕近视”这一问题，并指出自1997年智能手机问世以来，近视现象增加了35%。他们认为智能手机是导致屏幕近视的主要原因，并警告称这一问题只会愈发严重。
