什么是food porn（食物也色情？）

　　我们一定都看到过那些诱人的食物照片，有色泽鲜亮的新鲜蔬菜、丰盛的樱桃派还有金黄诱人的烤火鸡。这些图片总是常见于食谱和杂志中，让我们相信如果我们按照食谱去做我们也能制作出如此美味的大餐。这种看上去让人垂涎欲滴的图片就叫作food porn。

　　Food porn refers to images of food that looks delicious. “We first eat with our eyes”, as the saying goes, and it really seems to be true. Restaurants, television advertisements, billboards and more use the images of food to awaken our taste buds.

　　“食色图片”指的是那些看上去很美味的食物的图片。俗话说：“视觉是品尝食物的第一感官”，这话看来确实不假。餐馆、电视广告、户外广告牌等等都利用食物图片来唤醒我们的味蕾。

　　Ever wondered how food looks so appetizing in restaurant and magazine photos? Actually, advertised foods rarely look exactly like the real food they’re selling. For example, to make a photo of a hamburger that looks delicious, food stylist may use glue to cover the bun methodically with sesame seeds.

　　你是否曾经讶异于为什么餐馆和杂志图片上的食物看起来如此美味可口？事实上，广告上的食物和真实食物几乎不可能一个样。举个例子，为了让图片上的汉堡包看起来很美味，食物造型师会在面包上用胶水整齐有序地粘上一粒粒芝麻。
