“裸辞”过后玩“闪辞”

　　我们原来说过“裸辞”，指还没找好下家就辞职的现象。如今，不少职场新人都流行“闪辞”，刚入职几周或几天，如感觉工作不顺利就干脆辞职走人。

　　Young people quitting their jobs very shortly after starting - within three months or even three days - for reasons beyond the comprehension of older workers, is a relatively new phenomenon in China, and has spawned a new term, "flash quit".

　　年轻人在入职后很短的时间内，比如3个月甚至更短的3天，因为一些在老员工看来无法理解的原因而辞职，这是新近出现在中国的一个现象，由此产生了一个新兴词汇“闪辞”。

　　The real reason behind this normally goes to: failure to adapt to the workplace atmosphere, not feeling happy in the job, or not achieving self-fulfillment.

　　“闪辞”背后的真正原因通常为：无法适应职场工作环境，工作得不开心，无法实现自我价值。
