现在流行“裸辞”？

　　一般情况下，我们听到有人辞职了都会问一句“去哪儿高就？”不过在近几年，这样的问题却多半得不到答案了。倒不是人家保密，而是人家很潇洒地“裸辞”了。

　　Naked resignation” means quitting your job without having another job lined up. People are doing this mainly because they are not happy with what they’re doing or they feel lost about the future of their career.

　　裸辞（naked resignation），指白领一族还没找好下家就辞职的现象。裸辞的原因多为长期缺乏工作幸福感，或对工作未来的迷失感日益增加。

　　To know when is the right time to go back to work is quite crucial for those job-quitters. Normally speaking, three months is the defining period. It is ideal if you can go back to work in the first three months after your “naked resignation.” If you are still idling around after that, you will start worrying. Six months later, you will be under great pressure and confronted with many problems if no job is located by then, which will be very harmful for your career development.

　　对于已选择裸辞的白领来说，重返职场的时间很重要。通常来说，离职后3个月以内是重新就业的黄金时期，3个月后尚未找到工作，会产生明显的焦虑情绪；超过6个月，基本上就已达到心理承受的极限，很多问题会一一迸发，对职业发展十分不利。

　　Female office elites - senior white-collar workers, office freshmen and office moms in particular - are more inclined to “naked resignation.” We need to be rational about this decision; otherwise, our career may be completely destroyed.

　　“裸辞”群体多为女性职场精英，她们主要分布在高级白领、职场新人和职场妈妈这3类人群中。裸辞需要理性对待，否则就可能成为一场职业裸奔。
