您的朋友对您作出了以下邀请：would you like to go out with me for a dinner tonight?，那么你可以如何来回复这个晚餐邀请呢？

1．你正好很想去，也有时间：

Great, I'd love to, would you like to pick me up at the gate of school? 太棒了，我太想去了，你能到学校大门口来接我吗？

Wonderful, it's so nice of you. Shall we meet at 7 at your place?
好极了，你真好，我们晚上7点钟到你那儿集合好吗？

Sounds great, I love pizza, can we have pizza tonight?
听上去太好了，我喜欢比萨，我们晚上去吃比萨好吗？

2. 你很想去，但正好有其它事情(或其它原因)不能去：

That's great, but I'm afraid I won't be available tonight; can we make it some other time?

很好啊，但我恐怕今晚没时间，下一次吧。

I love to have a dinner with you, but I'm preoccupied tonight, how about tomorrow night?

我很乐意和你一起吃晚餐，但我今晚事先有安排，明晚怎样？

You're so sweet, but may we fix another time, I don't feel like going out tonight.

3．你不太想去，但还要温婉拒绝：

Well, I'd love to, but…the weather forecast says it's going to rain tonight.
