　　Dear sir,

　　 Yesterday I got caught in a heavy rain on the way back home. I am sorry to tell you that I cant go to school today. I catch a serious cold ang and have a headache. My mother took me temperature finding that I have a high fever. Yesterday my mother took me to go to the hospital to see a doctor. After the regular examination , Tthe doctor gave a few tests for me. Latter, he toid told me not to be nervous and it is wasprobably not serious. But he advised me to stay in bed for days, take medicines on time and drink water as much as possible.

　　 So Im writing to you to ask for three days sick leave. I promise I will work hard and make up the missed courses after recovering. If I have anything unclear, I will ask you for help.
