我的IELTS考试心得和记录

　　这是我参加一个广州的辅导班时给的题目，是本年度考过的题，但是我没有去查询题目是否正是1-8月的题目。我参加的是9月的考试，成绩为S/7，R/7，W/6，L/6.5。我个人感觉辅导班对IELTS的作用不大，因此没多久就没去了，但是我们组织了部分同学自己练习口语，比较有效，80%达到6分，建议大家可以组织在一起多练练。我感觉不难，但是短期内大幅度的提高可能不简单。我就把考试当天的经过写写，让大家参考参考。很可惜，不能为大家提供英文的原题。

　　论文：

　　1.讨论体育锻炼对身体健康，社会生活，社会发展同等重要。

　　2.现代科技给孩子带来的不好影响，限制了计算机及科技工具的推广，从正反方面论述。

　　3.谈谈现代社会生活不同工作有不同假期的情况。你认为不同的工作是有相同假期还是不同假期好。

　　4.许多人喜欢探险，在探险中，他们有时会遇到一些危险，当他们遇到危险时，有些人认为应该救护他们使他们脱险，有些人认为不应该救护他们，让他们自己脱险，请论述。

　　5.政府有部分资金投入到公共设施建设，你认为是否合理。

　　6.快餐越来越流行，但是不少人认为它既无营养价值，又使人忘记传统煮食方法，请谈谈你的意见。

　　7.不少人认为托儿所等服务出现让妇女减轻了家务，使她们可以重回社会，请谈谈你的意见。

　　LETTER：

　　1.向有关部门抱怨公寓设施破坏，而且有人偷窃。

　　2.你现在一家俱乐部工作，而你哥从美国来看你，写信介绍你俱乐部的情况并邀请他来。

　　3.在一次意外事故中受伤住院，许多朋友来看你，安慰你，一个月后你出院，写信感谢他们。

　　4.朋友给你来信，他对历史感兴趣，但是你感觉计算机容易找工作，回信给你的朋友。

　　5.你有朋友到你这里来，预定在一地方等他，但你临时有事，不能接他，写信让他在某处等待。

　　6.写一封信询问学校各种情况，并要求入学。

　　7.知道最近举行PARTY，去信组委会查询时间，地点，门票等。

　　8.刚到学校发现体育设施不足，写信到一个俱乐部要求加入，说明理由并查询情况。

　　考试那天的经历:

　　1.排队进场。那天在广州有180人左右考，一个大课室容纳了100多人，分成两组人进去，进去时先按考号排队，一个一个检查身份证与报考回执，一个完成后才能开始下一个。很严格，有考生因为证件问题折腾了好久最后还不知道让考没有。8时开始检查，9时15分结束，到9时15分时，有些考生已经等待将近1.5小时，不知其他城市是否也是如此。注意在等待期间调节情绪，别站累了。

　　2.监考人员半数为英国大使馆人员，会每个人检查桌面及抽屉，要求把所有纸片全部上缴，只留笔，可以全部用铅笔回答。

　　3.由于当天只有一份听力试题，我们这间室先考READING，建议平时可以测试一下做一小时READING后再听听力的感觉。

　　4.发卷后不许翻看，要统一行动，如果翻看，大使馆人员会干涉，比较严格。

　　5.READING十分紧张，大家均感觉时间很紧。首先要填考试版本号，不是每个考生的考题版本号均相同，千万不要填错了。同一天考试的不同考生版本号不同题目也不同，不同考试部分的版本号也不同，请小心查看小心填写。有的考生不够时间，多次企图看别人的答题卡，大使馆工作人员发现并拍他的桌板用英文警告。也许由于紧张，不少考生都感觉比平时要难。

　　6.Reading过后马上开始Listening，感觉头已经有些晕了!中间有一段感觉简单但是答案不够确切因此拼命在想。耽搁了时间导致连续3题非常被动，哎，为了一棵小草丢了一片森林。每题结束后有时间复检，大约10-30秒，应该把时间用在阅读下一篇问题上，不能恋战。Listening是最多人抱怨的一部分，我在考试时听说有人得过2.5分的，如果要拿6分以上，应该准备一下。

　　7.中间休息，大使馆工作人员把5个考生赶离考场，应该是作弊。不少考生赶去放水把厕所也挤满了。

　　8.10分钟休息完毕，开始作文，发卷后马上进入状态，可惜没看时间拼命写，把答卷也写满了，以至于没时间复检。建议大家要控制时间，一定要复检以防语法和拼写错误。

　　9.第二天上午安排口试，我是第一个，8:30分开始，其他人要提前一小时到达考场等候，以防有人放弃考试。问题如下你的名字，工作单位，单位的业务性?quot;，单位的一些具体情况，你的出生地，对北京的印象，是否在特殊的日子去北京，今年北京是否很特别，广州对国庆的准备，为什么去加拿大，从你个人的专业谈谈2000年问题(关于2000问题共3个，不过她不是专业人事，没有很在意我的专业术语)，你结婚了吗?，谈谈你的婚礼。结束，历时15分钟。感觉有语法错误，但是没有任何停顿，没有一个问题只用YES或NO回答。几乎一半的问题在考前讲过，但我个人认为不要背诵，那样感觉太假了。其中有一部分会由考官提供卡片，你提问题。我的卡片大致是你的考官在大学里临时担任广告片的导演，你问一些相关的问题给了一些关键字如：演员，目的，成功把握，时间等。我拿到卡片后就花一段时间，可能不到1分钟，把所有问题约6-7个全部想好，问的时候就没有停顿和再看卡片了。第一个问题可以比较客气如Could you tell me ....,If you dont mind my asking, I would like to know....，以后就不用了，用直接提问。这部分不难，问问题相信每个人还是可以的。问的过程中注意交流，如说些回答的东西表示你有些礼貌问题可以注意10.出来时，有考生在等待室给后来者介绍经验，给考官发觉，很不客气地请他走人。

　　鬼佬：吃过了吗?(我拷，俗!)

　　俺：没有啊!

　　鬼佬：我饿死啦!

　　俺：Lets finish it .

　　鬼佬：Are you ready ?

　　俺：Yeah .

　　鬼佬：OK . My name is XXX .

　　鬼佬：Where are you born ?

　　俺：I was born in a small city in north JiangSu .

　　鬼佬：How long have you left there ?

　　俺：I have live in this city for about 20 years .

　　鬼佬：Oh, That s a long time .

　　俺：Yeah .

　　鬼佬：could you tell something about your hometown .

　　俺：Ehh , Its a small city and the people live there are hospital . I have a lot of good memory of it . I have take a business trip to it last week . I found it changed a lot . But When I go to my elementry school , I found the old classroom was still there .

　　鬼佬：Ohh , its very interesting !

　　俺：Yeah .

　　鬼佬：Will you go back to the city ?

　　俺：No .

　　鬼佬：Are you married ?

　　俺：Yeah . I have married and I have a son about a year and a half .

　　鬼佬：He looks very happy .

　　俺：Yeah , hes very cute and I love him .

　　鬼佬：What is your wife job ?

　　俺：She is an editor .

　　鬼佬：Tell me something about your job .

　　俺：Ok, I am working in a computer network company . Mainly , we work forChinatelecom .We establish computer network for them , so they can run there business over the network .

　　鬼佬：What do you think of Y2K ?

　　俺：I think it is something exagerated . I dont think there will be a bigdisaster after year 2 throusand .

　　鬼佬：I am going to buy a computer . Do you think Y2K will cause any problem to my computer ?

　　俺：No , there will be no problem with you computer . There will be someproblem in the billing system and banking system . But they have put a lot of effort on it .

　　鬼佬：Should I get my money out of the bank before year 2000 ?

　　俺：No, You neednt .

　　鬼佬：Are there any foreign company in NanJing ?

　　俺：No , not many . There always choose BeiJing or Shanghai .

　　鬼佬：Does Motolora has a company in NanJing ?

　　俺：Yeah ..

　　鬼佬：What are they produce ?

　　俺：Cell phone , I think .

　　鬼佬：Do you have a cell phone ?

　　俺：No .

　　鬼佬：Why ? Many young man have a cell phone .

　　俺：I think cell phone is too much boring .

　　鬼佬：Yeah.

　　俺：About 5 years age , having a cell phone means a social status of rich and power . But in this days, it means nothing .

　　鬼佬：Yeah , you are right . When I was in HongKong , ....

　　鬼佬：Ok, read this card and ask me some question about it .

　　俺：Ok . Lets begin .

　　鬼佬：Ok.

　　俺：Excuse me , sir , Can you help me .

　　鬼佬：I will try .

　　俺：Thank you . Good bye .

　　2、有人说学生要先学general subjects ,应当等到17岁，他们知道自己该做什么的时候，才能开始学习special subjects。这个观点你支持吗，为什么?

　　Some people say that ... (把题目观点复述一下). I totally agree this idea .Firstly , general subjects are the basement of other kinds of subjects . In ourcountry ,Chinese,math,physics are all general subjects .Without a systematic study ofgeneral subjects , one willface a lot of problem in this social life . For Example , if you had notstudied math , when youwandering around a flea market , You will find that robbed by those cunningguys .

　　Next , people are gifted defferently . If you do not study the general subjects, maybe you will not findwhat you are really good at . When I was young , I like to read novels and Ibelieve that I will be awriter . But after I have studied BASIC - a computer program language , also ageneral subject in myschool , I found that I was so good at it that even I can use it to write asmall computer game . I am acomputer programmer now . Thanks god , I found what I was gifted . If I hadntstudy BASIC , thegeneral subject , maybe I was a poor low-end writer now !

　　Finally , peoples carrer must be related with their interet . It is happy towork on what you areinterested in and get the payment at the same time . Without the study of thegeneral subjects , maybeyou will not find what you are interested in .

　　To sum up ,再次强调主题，I will practise this kind of method on my child .

　　1、电话帐单出了错，发现是国际长途上有问题，写信抗议，要钱.

　　Dear manager :I am a subscriber of your telephone service . I an writing this letter to tellyou that there are somethingwrong within the telephone bill last month .

　　When I got the bill , I am astonished that it is much high than usual . In themonths before , it costs meabout $100 per month , But in this month , it costs me about $200 . I am surethat I am using thetelephone too much .

　　After I examed the bill , I found that there are something wrong about theoversea telephone serveice .e I have no relatives or business partners in Africa , but I found that thereare many phonecalls toUgenda!So there must be something wrong with your billing system .

　　Here I will make a serious complaint . I think you do not want me to change toanother telephoneservice company . So please check my bill and I want my money back .
