Distraction addict refers to a person whose attention is easily and constantly drawn away from the task at hand.

“分心上瘾者”是指容易分心且经常分心而忘了手边工作的人。

这个词还可以写成distraction-addict，此外，相关延伸词汇还有distraction addiction意为“分心上瘾，容易分心，经常分心”。

For example:

There is definitely a correlation between my digital activity and my stress and anxiety levels. And I do more than ever to keep the latter in check: massages, reflexology, yoga, acupuncture — oh, and lots of wine and off-loading to friends. One thing I haven't yet tried is a digital detox.
