Yemen's warring factions are on their way to Genevafor the first significant talks in the Middle Eastcountry’s months-long conflict.

The talks on Monday, facilitated by the UnitedNations, will bring to the table Yemen’s Shi'ite Houthirebels and the exiled government of President AbduRabu Mansour Hadi.

The Houthis wrested control of Yemen’s government in February, leading Mr. Hadi to flee toRiyadh, the Saudi capital.

Security officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized tobrief journalists, said that Saudi-led airstrikes against the rebels and their allies continued inseveral Yemeni provinces.
