interrupt “打扰”。

这里的such指“那么……”。nuisance “讨厌的人”。

He’s annoying.

(他这人很烦。)

I agree.

(我同意。)

annoying “使人烦恼的”、 “麻烦的”。

He’s a pain in the neck.

a pain in the neck “讨厌的人”， 习惯用语。

He’s such a pest.

pest “麻烦的人”、 “讨厌的人”。

He bugs me.

bug “使(人)烦恼”。

他让我心情紧张。

Do you like Mr. Jones?

(你喜欢琼斯先生吗?)

He makes me nervous.

(他让我心情紧张。)

make “使”。nervous “神经紧张的”、 “情绪不安的”。

He gives me the creeps.

(他让我心生恐惧。)

He makes me feel uneasy.

(他让我感到不安。)

他令我很伤脑筋。

He gets on my nerves.

(他令我很伤脑筋。)

He’s hard to deal with, alright.

(他这人是很难对付。)

get on one’s nerves “惹得某人心烦”。

He makes me nervous.

He drives me crazy.

He bothers me.

He disturbs me.

disturb “打搅”、 “使混乱”。

He irritates me.

irritate “使不安”、 “使发怒”。

他的行为是公司的耻辱。

His behavior is a disgrace to the company.

(他的行为是公司的耻辱。)

Should we fire him?

(我们该解雇他吗?)

disgrace “丢脸”、 “耻辱”。

His behavior is an embarrassment to the company.

(他的行为让公司觉得尴尬。)

embarrassment “尴尬”、 “麻烦”。

His behavior is a liability to the company.

(他的行为对公司不利。)

liability “不利”、 “碍事的人(或物)”。

我不喜欢他无所不知的态度。

What do you think of Mr. Jones?

(你认为琼斯先生怎么样?)

I don’t like his know-it-all attitude.

(我不喜欢他无所不知的态度。)

know-it-all “无所不知的”， 带有轻蔑的语感。attitude指“态度”。

I don’t like his egotistical attitude.

(我不喜欢他自以为是的态度。)

egotistical “ 自以为是的”、 “ 自我炫耀的”。

He thinks he knows everything, and I don’t like it.
