不是容易量化的工作成就应该如何表达：

e.g. secretary

预约会议室；

安排电话；

安排会面；

预订机票；

车辆接送；

安排组织Workshop等

问题：

----没特点，不够出彩

----想转行如何写?

resolution: 体现能力：缺专业，不缺能力

组织能力、team work、interpersonal communication skills：

organized large-scale workshops for 3 times in 6 months, by cooperating with colleagues from 7 departments and 5 levels

R: arranged 3 workshops for over 3000 people in 6 months by coordinating and cooperating with colleagues (co-workers) in 5 levels (ranks) from 7 different departments

coordinate v. 协调，调节（上下级之间）

cooperate v.合作（同级之间）

总结：用数字来说话

提高：improve; increase; raise; expand; generate

--work efficiency/productivity

--profit 利润

--revenue 收益

*currency 注意货币符号：USD， CNY，？？？？？

利益最大化：bring/ earn /generate / make maximum profit

maximize profit / revenue/ work productivity

减小：

reduce working time

simplify procedures

streamline procedures

用结果来说话：

如：运用新的库管软件RetailPro，简化了流程

simplified procedures by utilizing new management software RetailPro

R: streamlined procedures by implementing RetailPro, a new software program for stock management （长定语修饰放在后）

implement

如：通过收集并报销各部门发票，快速了解了公司大致组织架构

R:Quickly recognized the structure of the company by collecting and reimbursing invoices of each and every department

recognize 这个词用得好

reimbursement n.

receipt 收据

Tips/ summary

*重点要放在前；

*信息过多需要取舍时，由所投的工作做决定

*要不断替换高级的同义词，避免词汇重复（思路与写AW相像）,生词一定要差用法，不要用错，查英英释义
