“放飞”风筝

今天下午阳光明媚，风也挺大的。爸爸建议我和弟弟一起到安阳实验中学放风筝。

It's sunny and windy this afternoon. Dad suggested that my brother and I fly kites in Anyang experimental middle school.

到了学校后，爸爸就迫不及待地拿出风筝来放。风筝到一定高度后，我上去帮爸爸放。风筝越飞越高，忽然风筝线从我的小手中“逃”走了。我急忙去追，可是风筝线好象故意不让我捉住似的，左跳一下，右跳一下，最后挂在了树枝上。我们好不容易才把风筝弄下来。

When he got to school, dad couldn't wait to take out the kite to fly. When the kite reached a certain height, I went up to help dad fly it. The kite flew higher and higher, and suddenly the kite line "escaped" from my little hand. I hurried to chase, but the kite line seemed to deliberately not let me catch it. I jumped left, right, and finally hung it on the branch. We managed to get the kite down.

第二次放的时候，我把风筝线握得紧紧的，生怕它再一次从我的手心里“逃”出去。可是好景不长，风筝飞到八十米高的时候，忽然间吹来一阵大风，风筝线快要脱手了，我赶忙叫弟弟帮忙，可是他就是不帮。就这样风筝线又从我的手心里“逃”走了，线被风筝带到了半空中。许多正在打篮球的叔叔都帮我追，可惜他们也没有抓住“飞”在半空中的风筝线。

The second time I fly, I hold the kite string tightly for fear that it will "escape" from my hand again. But it didn't last long. When the kite flew to 80 meters high, suddenly there was a strong wind. The kite line was about to be taken off. I hurried to ask my brother for help, but he just didn't help. In this way, the kite line "escaped" from my palm again, and it was carried to the air by the kite. Many uncles who are playing basketball help me to catch up, but they also fail to catch the kite line flying in the mid air.

我们只好眼睁睁地看着风筝越飞越高，越飞越远，越变越小，最后没了踪影。

We had to watch the kite fly higher, farther, smaller, and finally disappeared.

我十分伤心，因为这风筝是陪伴了我三年的风筝呀，我不禁流出了泪水。

I am very sad, because this kite is the kite that accompanied me for three years, I can't help but shed tears.

我相信，我的风筝总有一天会飞回来的！

I believe that my kite will come back one day!
