令我烦恼的磨蹭坏习惯

我有一个坏的习惯，就是老把时间磨没了，本来是很简单的事情，可我总是把它磨来磨去，到最后，就变成很复杂的事情了。

I have a bad habit of grinding away time. It's a very simple thing, but I always grind it around. In the end, it becomes a very complicated thing.

我举个例子吧，周末本来是有两天休息的，可我总是会把作业拖到最后一天的晚上才着急起来。一着急就写不好，心也慌了。每次我都很后悔，流下悔恨的泪水，可到下一个星期，又会这样，真不知道怎么办好！

我哭过、耍赖过、抓过头发、抓过自己的裤袜，可问题还是没有解决。有一次，爸爸认真的和我谈话，希望我能改掉这个坏习惯，我是很想改，可是老改不掉，看来是我自己的问题，对自己老是放松要求。今后，我一定要在思想上严格要求自己，争取在短期内改掉坏习惯。请爸爸监督我，假如我再磨时间，就扣我的零花钱。

I've cried, played, scratched my hair, scratched my pantyhose, but the problem still hasn't been solved. Once, my father talked with me seriously and hoped that I could get rid of this bad habit. I wanted to change it, but I couldn't change it. It seems that it's my own problem and I always relax.
