怎样防灾？

今天，语文课上，老师给我们讲了一些防灾知识：

地震，地震来临之前，一下要把头抱住，以免把脑袋给砸到，如果一个小孩子被压住地面了，一定要打电话，或者吹口哨。

打雷，打雷时后不能在树下躲雨，不然就会被水触电，也不能靠近电线，不然就会被触死，不能站在高处的地方，就会雷击。

洪水来临之前，一定要往高处的地方跑不能往低下跑，就会被洪水给淹死，

火灾，发生火灾的时候，一定要干帕子捂住鼻子。爬在地下，不然就会中毒。
