夏天的太阳火辣辣的，我呆在家里闷得喘不过气来。这时，妈妈提议说：“不如我们去游泳馆游泳吧。”我听了乐得一蹦三尺高。连声说“好呀！好呀！”。于是，我们拿好游泳用具就出发了。

我们刚来到游泳馆的门口，便听到园内不时传来人们嬉水的欢笑声。我早已等不及了，还没等姐姐换了衣服，我已冲进了游乐场内，那里项目真多：有勇敢者之路，空中冲浪，谁的力气大，快乐儿童乐园……我都不知道先玩哪个好。正当我犹豫不决时，前面传来了“哇哇”的尖叫声，我抬头一看，哟，一个个“空中飞人”从高高滑梯上滑下来。我想：空中冲浪一定很好玩，我也来体会一下空中冲浪的感觉。于是，我快步登上最高层，排好队，不一会儿，轮到我了，我往下一看，哇！这么高，不摔死才怪呢！我吓得浑身发抖，用手捂着眼睛，偷偷地排到队伍后面。可不一会儿，又轮到我了，我往后看，一个人也没，这下怎么也逃不过了。旁边的救生员好像看出了我的心思，笑着对我说：“小朋友，不用怕，用手捂着后脑勺就安全了。”我按照救生员的说法去做，还没等我反应过来，就被急流的水冲下去了，水花溅起了几丈高。我情不自禁喊道“哇，真刺激。”

I also want to experience the feeling of surfing in the air. So, I quickly step up to the top, line up, soon, it's my turn, I look down, wow! It's so high. It's strange not to fall dead! I was shaking with fear, covering my eyes with my hands, and sneaked up behind the line. But in a moment, it's my turn again. I look back, there is no one. I can't escape. The lifeguard next to me seemed to see my mind and said with a smile, "don't be afraid, children. It's safe to cover the back of your head with your hands." I did it according to the lifeguard's words. Before I could react, I was washed down by the torrent and splashed several feet high. I couldn't help shouting, "Wow, it's exciting."

后来，我还玩了“勇敢者之路”、“过桥”、跳水比赛……。各个项目让我流连忘返。

天色已晚，我依依不舍地离开那里，真希望下次再来红花湖游玩。
